Executive Chef Branden Pegg attended and graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Chicago after serving 7 years in the Air Force.  He obtained the rank of Staff Sergeant, & did one tour overseas. His creative talent coupled with his leadership qualities allow him to develop creative menus and innovative daily features.
